All cuttlefish that arrive will undergone a few round of washing and cleaning at production before they are send for packing. Any additional of detail cleaning or slice cut services are also available in adapting to different customers’ needs.

We use live prawn to process cooked prawn to maintain its freshness and tenderness of the prawn just like it is freshly catch from the source. This is to ensure customer’s satisfaction that the prawns are not only process hygienically, but also delivering the premium quality of goods.

After the blast freezing process, the seafood will send for glazing to preserve the seafood quality. Glazing is an essential part of packaging as the layer of ice will minimise the risk of products contact with the air and will extend the durability of the product. Finally products are being boxed up and strap and send to warehouse for storage.  

At PCF, we emphasise on freshness and proper freezing at the right temperature setting plus well-maintained warehouse for storage so that the goods can last longer. Upon distribution, the warehouse goods are transported direct to the refrigerated truck for local distribution or refrigerated container for export market without contact to the outdoor environment.
